  Louie and team came to replace my kitchen sink. They did excellent work and I now have a brand new kitchen sink nicely installed. During work, there was a challenge because the sink I bought had four metal rails attached on each edge on the back that’s preventing to fit in. It would have fitted if we had a bigger cut out for the sink to fit in but apparently I got a slightly wrong sized sink. They didn’t give up and went the extra mile to remove those rails (it was very securely attached so it was very hard to remove). Despite that challenge, it only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get all the things done. (That’s the time they took from the moment they came in and then left.) They brought their own clothes to put on the floor when I asked to not to step on with shoes. They cleaned up all trash that was produced during work, and left nothing behind. I would ask them again when any plumbing needs arise.

  I was very satisfied with how Louie resolved my bathroom issues (leaky pipes and 2 toilets with constantly running water). Came promptly to determine what repairs were needed and clearly explained the problems. He returned the next morning with the necessary parts and successfully completed the repairs. Very professional and knowledgable. Also, cleaned up the areas after he was done. Would definitely recommend!

  I needed someone in the area when the water heater was not turning on. Had a call with someone named Louie and luckily got him the next day for the maintenance/ repair to get it working again. We had a detailed conversation regarding the water heater and the issue at hand. He didn't try to sell me on any additional services but gave me his honest evaluation and some recommended remedies. Very professional and definitely recommend, especially if you are someone new to this like me.
